Can you believe that some neighborhoods have bylaws AGAINST line drying in your yard?

I don't know if ours does, I haven't checked, but I am getting me a line. If the neighbors dog can bark incessantly, I am hanging out my clothes!

There is absolutely nothing I love more than to smell clothes that were dried on the line!

I ADORE photos of clothes on the line. I don't know why. They're so zen! I did four loads today and hung them all to dry. I am so thrilled it's spring!

Yay for clothesline weather!!

Ahh, sunshine.

Had I attempted that my clothes would be three towns over due to the 20mph winds here :(

How awesome is that? I love clothes dried on the line!

Makes me a little envious too. It snowed here today. :(

I love the idea of clothes hung out to dry.... but I don't like the reality of it.

I grew up with my mom hanging all of our clothes out. Too many spiders, wasps, and other creepy crawlies for me ;)

Beautiful pictures, beautiful colors!

I wish I could do the same! But our HOA won't let us have clothes lines on our patios. I might try anyway- nothing smells more amazing than air dried sheets.

I truly believe that we have reached the point where technology has become one with our society, and I think it is safe to say that we have passed the point of no return in our relationship with technology.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Societal concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further develops, the possibility of uploading our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about all the time.
